The clouds in the sky bring memories,
of first day of our rendezvous in rain.
                 Disregarding the natures vagaries,
under the tree we took a snap of twain.
Clouds darkened, gathered in the horizon,
as the thunder rumbled, lightning flickered ,
spotting a shade ,we ran, as we rained on,
finally in the tea shop, as trees quivered.

Sipping hot tea, as our lips burned little,
we smiled at each other, as it rained on.

The shop resonated with our giggle,
rain stopped , a rainbow in the horizon.
We picked up our parasol, and walked off,
our rendezvous was soaked and a standoff.
